Atlan sells land for RM30mil

PETALING JAYA: Atlan Holdings Bhd said it was selling two parcels of land in Klang, Selangor, to Netflix Sdn Bhd for a total of RM30mil.

The 1.2ha and 2.4ha land would each be sold for RM12mil and RM18mil, respectively.

The company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that proceeds from the sale would be used for substitution of security for banking facilities and working capital.

Atlan is involved in property investment, hospitality, lifestyle and travel retailing.
