Tan Chong sees 1.02m shares crossed at 6.8% above market price

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd's 1.024 million shares were traded off-market at RM6.50 a piece for a total of RM6.65mil on Friday.

Stock market data showed the shares were crossed at 41 sen above the current price of RM6.09.

Tan Chong Motor's core businesses range from the assembly and marketing of motor vehicles and auto parts manufacturing to property development as well as trading in various heavy machineries, industrial equipment and consumer products - both locally and abroad.
