KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 11): CB INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT HOLDING [] Bhd (CBIP) announced that it will construct a 60 tonnes per hour Continuous Sterilisation palm oil mill and deliver 3 units of Double Deck Continuous Sterilisation System in Indonesia.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, CBIP said its wholly owned subsidiary; Modipalm Engineering Sdn Bhd had accepted the Letters of Award of Contract (LOA) from PT Rafi Kamajaya Abadi, a subsidiary of TDM Berhad, for the palm oil mill project.

The LOA set out to construct the palm oil mill project worth RM50.3 million in Nanga Pinoh Melawi, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia, it said.

“The LOA is expected to contribute positively to our earnings for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2013, 2014 and 2015,” said CBIP.
