Luxemborg-based company ups stake in Cuscapi
KUALA LUMPUR: Luxemborg-based company Halley Sicav – Halley Asian Properity has raised its shareholding in Cuscapi Bhd to 7.88% after it bought a total of five million Cuscapi shares.
A Bursa Malaysia filing on Wednesday said Halley bought the shares at 10 sen each and raised its shareholding to 34.095 shares.
Cuscapi, which recently entered the Main Market is a food and beverage solution system and currently has five direct offices in the Asean region, with four direct offices in China.
