PETALING JAYA: CB Industrial Product Holding Bhd’s (CBIP) unit has secured an RM33mil contract to build a palm oil mill in Kalimantan, Indonesia.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, CBIP said its unit Modipalm Engineering Sdn Bhdhad accepted the letter of award from PT Windu Nabatindo Abadi, a subsidiary of PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro.
The contract is to build a 60-tonne-per-hour continuous sterilisation palm oil mill.
“The letter of award is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of CBIP for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2013, 2014 and 2015,” it said.
