On 19 November 2009, in conjunction with DSC Solutions Berhad (“DSC”)’slisting on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, DSC haslaunched its e-prospectus through e*IPO@CIMB. Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is the adviser, underwriter and placement agent and Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd is the issuing house of the said IPO.
