KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 26): The de-listing of Patimas Computers Bhd of its securities on Nov 29, 2013 will be deferred pending hearing of the appeal which will be notified in due course.
In a filing to the stock exchange today, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd on behalf of the Board of Directors of Patimas said the firm was notified by Bursa Malaysia, where there was an appeal submitted, Bursa Securities shall stay the de-listing of Patimas’ securities pending consideration of the appeal.
The statement said Bursa had notified Patimas vide its letter dated today (Nov 26, 2013).
The securities of Patimas were originally slated to be suspended with effect fromtomorrow (Nov 27, 2013). This was communicated in a letter to Patimas dated Nov 19, 2013.
