KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 24): Bursa Malaysia Bhd will be closed this January 31 (Friday) in conjunction with the Chinese New Year.
In a statement today, the stock exchange operator and regulator said it will also be closed on February 3 (Monday) in lieu of the Federal Territory Day which falls on February 1 (Saturday).
"Bursa Malaysia and its subsidiaries will resume operations on Tuesday, 4 February 2014," Bursa said.
