Bolton 20pc stake change hands off-market

Bolton Bhd, a Malaysian property developer, had shares amounting to a 20 per cent stake change hands in off-market trades valued at RM64.7 million, according to stock exchange data.

Some RM64.7 million shares changed hands at RM1 each, the data showed. The stock dropped 1.9 per cent to RM1.03 at 3:58 p.m. local time in Kuala Lumpur trading. -- Bloomberg
