KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 20): YTL Hospitality REIT net profit for the 2nd financial quarter rose to RM18.92 million from RM16.81 million in similar quarter a year ago.
Revenue for the quarter rose to RM114.68 million from RM57.16 million.
Total profits for the 6 months to December 2013 fell to RM33.38 million from RM39.57 million a year ago.
Cumulative revenue rose to RM217.26 million from RM85.23 million from the previous year.
The company has declared a dividend of 1.98 sen per share for the quarter.
