[size=14]PETALING JAYA: PKNS Holdings Sdn Bhd has filed an appeal against a High Court ruling which dismissed its suit against Nusa Gapurna Development Sdn Bhd and Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB).
The appeal by PKNS against the decision made by High Court Judge on Feb 27, 2014, was filed on Feb 28, 2014.
The High Court dismissed PKNS Holdings' suit against Nusa Gapurna and MRCB for alleged breach of shareholders' agreement over stakes in PJ Sentral Development Sdn Bhd. The court ordered PKNS Holdings to pay Nusa Gapurna RM100,000 and MRCB RM50,000 in costs.
