KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in the securities of Symphony House Bhd will be voluntarily suspended from 9am on Monday to 5pm on Wednesday.
The company said on Friday Bursa Malaysia Securities had approved its request for the suspension as that Symphony intends to make a material announcement on a very substantial transaction.
Symphony said the transaction would result in a significant change in the business direction or policy of the company.
