KUALA LUMPUR (Mar 27): PDZ Holdings Bhd has denied that it planned to raise funds, having made due enquiry with Tan Sri Tan Hua Choon, the major shareholder of the shipping firm.
PDZ’s announcement to the stock exchange came in response to a news article carried by a local daily.
“We deny the news report mentioned above after enquiring with Tan,” said PDZ.
PDZ said it had not proposed any corporate exercise that involved a private placement, rights with warrants issuance or convertible bonds.
