AirAsia, AirAsia X ink income-sharing pact
AIRASIA Bhd has entered into an ancillary income-sharing agreement with AirAsia X Sdn Bhd for the distribution of profits from four income streams, to decide on distribution of profits from indirect income streams.
The income streams include E gift vouchers, Travel 3Sixty Magazines, Co-Brand Credit Cards and profits from the joint venture between AirAsia and Expedia Inc, where inventory is provided by AirAsia X.
Profits will be distributed based on the total number of passengers flown.
