KUALA LUMPUR (Apr 21): IJM Corporation Bhd via its wholly-owned unit will build a proposed commercial development in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor for RM396 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, IJM Corp said its wholly-owned unit IJM Construction Sdn Bhd had today accepted the letter of acceptance (LOA) for the main building works of the proposed commercial development.

The LOA was issued by DES Architect on behalf of Damansara Uptown Retail Centre Sdn Bhd.

IJM Corp said the project covers the construction of a shopping mall, office block and hotel block, spanning a period of 25 months.
