KUALA LUMPUR (Apr 29): MNC Wireless Bhd is "not aware" of any corporate development in the mobile-technology firm which might have triggered the substantial 61% decline in its share price yesterday.

MNC said this in a statement today to Bursa Malaysia after the bourse regulator issued an unusual market activity query on trading dynamics of MNC shares.

Yesterday, MNC shares fell 23 sen to close at 15 sen. Today, the stock rose 4.5 sen or 30% to settle at 19.5 sen at 12.30pm.
