Monday, 12 May 2014 13:13 KUALA LUMPUR (May 12): Malaysia’s April 2014 palm oil stocks rose 4.6% month-on-month to 1.766 million tonnes, from March’s 1.688 million tonnes as output rose and exports slowed. The total stocks level of the commodity was higher than market expectations. While production rose 3.9% to 1.556 million tonnes from March’s 1.497 million tonnes, exports climbed only 1.18% to 1.260 million tonnes from March’s 1.245m tonnes. More to come… |
