Friday, 15 August 2014 22:45 KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 15)- Texchem Resources Bhd has entered into a joint venture agreement with Yangon-based Mascot Industries Co Ltd for a business to produce seafood value-added products and contract processing of seafood in Myanmar. Texchem will hold 90% equity in the joint venture while Mascot will have 10%. The initial paid up capital for the venture will be US$84,000. |
