KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 22): GSB Group Bhd has received a letter of award from PKNS Engineering and Construction Bhd for the purchase of two plots of adjoining leasehold land, measuring a total of 2.22 acres in Section 15, Shah Alam, from the latter for RM20.5 million cash.

The said lands are located in Section 15, Shah Alam, next to Dataran Automobil, and is surrounded by commercial lands, service apartments, industrial buildings and connected to Federal Highway and Lebuhraya Kemuning Shah Alam (LKSA), said GSB in an announcement to Bursa Malaysia today.
