Tuesday, 02 September 2014 19:25 KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 02): Bursa Malaysia has issued an Unusual Market Activity (UMA) query on the shares of Efficient E-Solutions Bhd, after the company's share price shot up 24% or six sen today. The hardly-traded stock was the third most actively counter today, with 149 million shares changing hands. Efficient E-Solutions Bhd’s largest shareholder is Singapore Post Enterprise Pte Ltd, which is a unit of Temasek Holdings (Pte) Ltd. Ng Hin Lee, a Singaporean and a non-independent non-executive director of the company, stepped down from his position to “pursue other opportunities” on July 31, according to a filing on Bursa Malaysia. Its latest financial results announced late last month, showed a net profit of RM3.05 million, from RM24.47 million in revenue for its six months ended 30 June 2014. It also has cumulative earnings per share (EPS) of 0.43 sen. |
