KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 17): Datuk Richard Curtis, group managing director of Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd, sold 500,000 shares in the diversified group on Sept 12 at RM4.41 per share, a filing to Bursa Malaysia revealed today.

The disposal was transacted in the open market, leaving Curtis with 1.21 million shares or an 0.12% stake in Cahya Mata.

Cahya Mata's share price has doubled since the beginning of the year to trade at around RM4.40 currently, giving it a market capitalisation of RM4.57 billion.
