KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 17): Mirzan Mahathir, the eldest son of former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, has resigned as non-independent non-executive chairman and director of AHB Holdings Bhd on Sept 12 due to "other business commitments".
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the premium office manufacturer said Mirzan, 56, was unable to spend quality time as director and chairman of AHB.
AHB closed down 0.5 sen or 2.08% to 23.5 sen today, bringing a market capitalisation of RM37.62 million.
