Malaysia June palm stocks rise 6.8pc
Palm oil stockpiles in Malaysia, the world’s second-largest producer, rose 6.8 per cent in June compared with the previous month.
Inventory of the edible oil, used mostly in cooking, climbed to 2,052,870 metric tons, the Malaysian Palm Oil Board said in a statement today.
Output gained 0.7 per cent to 1,753,203 tons, while exports jumped 12.4 per cent to 1,581,268 tons. - Bloomberg
