Perak Corp share trade suspended

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 24): Perak Corp Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)'s share trade has been suspended today pending a material announcement, the company said in a statement on Bursa Malaysia's website.
Prior to the suspension, Perak Corp shares closed at RM3.57 yesterday for a market capitalisation of RM357 million.
The investment arm of the Perak state government undertakes property development, besides port operations via Lumut Port.
Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak is the largest shareholder in Perak Corp with a 52.27% stake. This is followed by Sime Darby ( Financial Dashboard), which owns a 6.13% stake.
