Saturday, 15 November 2014PETALING JAYA: Shares of Silk Holdings Bhd closed four sen up to 83.5 sen after its sukuk holders approved the sale of Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang Sdn Bhd for RM395mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said its sukuk holders had agreed on the sale during its EGM yesterday.
Silk Holdings has sealed the deal to sell all its stake to Road Builder (M) Holdings Bhd.
