RHB Research upgrades Technology sector to Overweight

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 2): RHB Research has upgraded the technology sector to “Overweight” and said the sector was upgraded as recent recommendation revisions by the research house meant that it have five “Buys” and three “Neutrals”.
In its strategy note Tuesday, RHB Research said the sector was generally expected to benefit from the expected recovery in exports and is a net beneficiary of the stronger US dollar.
Among technology stocks, Century Software Holdings Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard) rose 2.3% to 44.5 sen, Digista Corporation Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard) up 2.22% to 23 sen, Green Packet Holdings Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard) up 1.64% to 31 sen, Inari Amertron Bhd added 1.82% to RM2.80 and JCY International Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Financial Dashboard) gained 1.89% to 54 sen.
