KUALA LUMPUR (April 10): Systems integrator [size=14]Digistar Corp Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard) has appointed Lee Chun Szen, 24, who is the son of its managing director Datuk Lee Wah Chong, as its executive director.
Wah Chong is a major shareholder of Digistar with a 23.86% stake.
In a separate announcement, Digistar announced it had acquired Sakura Management Sdn Bhd from Wah Chong and Lee Mely for RM200,000 cash.
Digistar said Sakura Management has not commenced any operations to-date, and its intended principal activities is the provision of property maintenance and related services.
Digistar (fundamental: 1.05; valuation: 0.6) closed half sen or 2.33% lower at 21 sen today, with 438,100 shares traded, giving it a market capitalisation of RM95.76 million.
