KUALA LUMPUR (April 15): Ten million [size=14]Fitters Diversified Bhd shares crossed hands in off market trades today at 68 sen apiece, for a total of RM6.8 million.
This represents 2.08% of the fire safety materials and systems manufacturer’s issued and paid up capital.
Also, 5.52 million of the group's warrants were traded in an off market transaction at 23 sen each, for a total of RM1.27 million.
It is not known as to whom the buyers and sellers were.
Fitters Diversified (fundamental: 1.3; valuation: 1.8) shares closed one sen or 1.46% higher at 69.5 sen each, while its warrants closed 0.5 sen or 2.08% higher at 24.5 sen.
