Johore Tin's chairman ceases to be substantial shareholder
By Tan Siew Mung / theedgemarkets.com | October 8, 2015 : 9:01 PM MYTKUALA LUMPUR (Oct 8): [size=16]Johore Tin Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Valuation: 2.40, Fundamental: 1.00) chairman and senior non-executive director Datuk Kamaludin Yusoff and his wife, Datin Fawziah Hussein Sazally, have ceased to be substantial shareholders in the company, after disposing of 102,000 shares for RM151,680.
According to filings with Bursa Malaysia today, the shares were sold in four blocks at between RM1.795 and RM1.83 on Monday.
Following the disposal, both Kamaludin and Fawziah now hold 4.61 million shares or 4.935% stake in Johore Tin, viaGenting Perwira Sdn Bhd.
Johore Tin's shares closed 2 sen or 1.11% lower at RM1.78 today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM168 million.
