RAM Ratings withdraws ratings on DiGi RM700m debt notes
KUALA LUMPUR: RAM Rating Services Bhd has withdrawn the ratings on DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd’s RM700 million debt notes.
The rating agency said on Monday, July 18 it had received confirmation that DiGi had fully redeemed the outstanding amount under the commercial papers/medium-term notes (CP/MTN) programme (2008/2015). The programme had also been cancelled.
“RAM Ratings has withdrawn the ratings on the CP/MTN programme and no longer has any rating obligation on the said debt facility, which had carried AA1/stable/P1 ratings,” it said.
