By Chester Tay / theedgemarkets.com | January 26, 2016 : 8:39 PM MYTKUALA LUMPUR (Jan 26): Daya Materials Bhd today saw 50 million shares or 2.88% of its total outstanding shares crossed off-market for RM4 million.
According to Bloomberg data, the transaction was done in a single tranche, at a price of eight sen or a discount of 5.88% from its shares' closing price today.
Parties involved in the transaction are not known as at press time.
Meanwhile, in the open market, there were only 1.75 million Daya Materials shares traded at the end of trading hours today, which saw Daya Materials closing 0.5 sen or 5.56% lower at 8.5 sen, valuing it at RM156.2 million.
