Latexx: YTY not continuing merger plan

Latexx Partners Bhd, a Malaysian rubber-glove maker, said the YTY group
of companies has expressed its intention not to continue with the
proposed merger.
The move came after Latexx asked YTY’s owners to make a further
revised offer following a due diligence and assessment on YTY, the
company said in a statement in Kuala Lumpur today. -- Bloomberg
