Boustead in pact with Perhebat

Boustead Holdings Bhd's subsidiary, Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd, has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ex-Servicemen's Affairs Corporation (Perhebat).
Its purpose was to establish a training and education programme for the Malaysian Armed Forces, Boustead said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today.
The duration of the MoU is three years.
Perhebat is a wholly-owned corporation of the Armed Forces Fund Board which is a major shareholder of Boustead. -- Bernama
