OCBC (M) to issue Bumi Armada call warrants

OCBC Bank (M) Bhd will issue its third structured warrants tomorrow featuring Bumi Armada Bhd.

In a statement today, head of global treasury, Gan Kok Kim, said the bank would issue cash-settled European call warrants on Bumi Armada with tenures of about eight months and issue size of up to 100 million each.

The price has been set at 15 sen with a gearing of 6.73 times.
Gan said the international offshore service provider's share price soared 36 per cent on its return to Bursa Malaysia last week. - Bernama
