Ancom gains on profit turnaround

Ancom Bhd, a Malaysian chemical products maker, rose the most in more than four months after announcing a profit of RM4.37 million in the fiscal fourth quarter compared with a loss a year earlier.

The stock gained 4 per cent to 39 sen at 9:07 a.m. local time in Kuala Lumpur trading, set for the largest gain since March 23. -- Bloomberg
