Hartalega gains on Q1 profit jump

Hartalega Holdings Bhd, a Malaysian producer of synthetic and latex gloves, rose for the first time in 10 days after saying first-quarter profit rose 32 per cent.
The stock gained 3 per cent to RM5.55 at 9:08 a.m. local time, set for its highest close since Aug. 1. -- Bloomberg
