Takaso picks Yakin as Thai distributor

TAKASO Resources Bhd has picked Thailand’s Yakin Hakikat (Thailand) Ltd to become its sole and exclusive distributor of Takaso manufactured condoms and related products for the Thai market.
In a statement yesterday, Takaso directors said under their memorandum of understanding, Yakin will have exclusive distributorship, tantamount to a definitive agreement.
The alliance is in line with Takaso’s strategic plan to grow its overseas markets while the right to invest in Yakin is subject to a definitive share purchase agreement that may be entered into between the two parties in due course.
