Boustead unit signs mou with Royalton

KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned unit Boustead Sissons Paints Sdn Bhd, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Royalton Holdings Sdn Bhd to pursue opportunities in the paint manufacturing industry.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Boustead said the MOU would serve as an interim measure and commitment by both firms on possible business opportunities in the paint manufacturing industry. — Bernama
