Freight Mgt plans 1-for-3 bonus issue

Freight Management Holdings Bhd (FMH) has proposed a 1-for-3 bonus issue involving of 40.57 million shares.
In a statement today, FMH said concurrently, it has also proposed a free warrant issue of 24.34 million free warrants on the basis of one free warrant for every five existing FMH shares held at the same entitlement date for the proposed bonus.
FMH said the proposed bonus would be effected by way of capitalisation of the company's retained earnings.
"As for the free warrants, they will have an exercise period of five years, with each free warrant entitling the holder to subscribe for one new FMH share any time during the exercise period," it said. - Bernama
