MPHB to pay 2nd interim dividend

PETALING JAYA: Multi-Purpose Holdings Bhd (MPHB) announced a second interim dividend payout for its current financial period. The previous one was paid in April. Both interim dividends were at 5 sen per share less 25% tax.
The announcement came after MPHB released its second-quarter results. The latest interim dividend is payable on Oct 31.
MPHB's net profit for the quarter ended June was RM70.1mil, a 16% jump year-on-year from RM60.1mil, while revenue dipped to RM865.6mil, 0.6% lower than RM871.4mil previously.
