How we enjoy life?

I have book a ampulau about 3kg cost around rm1100. The best of this fish is the head. Ampulau is the best fish in sarawak and next is tingkalan. Both upstream river fish and can't even find in sarawak restaurant. From time to time we should enjoy a bit ma. anyway I like all the best food if I can afford and can get it. I like kobe beef and actually kobe is just a common name for cow raise in kobe Japan and there have few species with prices range quite differently. NEvertheless all kobe beef is expensive lo. I like hard to find seafood also, like sashimi, egg roe aka caviar. Big king crab and big lobste7 hihi. ACtually I like lobster serve it sashimi way too. Also actually the amaebi there is one type the size of tiger prawn very yummy and sweet even better than live lobster sashimi.

Anyway I just finish my light dinner but prepare my supper now which is roasted Australia bought tenderloin.

Haha, if you're into eating, then I'm into photography and travelling. Wish to travel to Australia and Singapore this year. :)

Yesterday I go for empurau 2.8kg asking for rm1050. Is good tasty fish but IS not that astonishing as you guys thought. I still suggest no harm to try once but not the entire fish but a portion of the fish.

This fish in west Malaysia is asking for 1300 to 1800 per kg and is the most expensive water fish in entire Malaysia. Try Google it.

i only got to hear about this fish when i am in East Malaysia. Don't have knowledge of fish also ... not really a fan.

This fish is real gem for those who get to catch it as it sell with so high price. :D

I wonder when I can afford it.. :P

Max... have u ever tried puffer fish? Heard this one expensive too.
