Asdion gets RM3.1m Shanghai hotel job

ACE market-listed Asdion Bhd has signed a contract with Synergy Technology & Engineering (Shanghai) Co Ltd for the Shanghai Hua Min Sofitel Hotel project worth approximately RM3.1 million.
The contact was signed by its subsidiary, Asdion Exim (Shanghai) Co ltd.
Asdion said the contract, for the supply and commissioning of a hotel room control system, is slated to be completed by the first quarter of next year.
"The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the group for the financial year ending March 31, 2012," it said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today. -- Bernama
