i think max explained before. it is a momentum game.
when mom momentum sustain and eaten up to new height then it is much safer buying the bb
with higher bid when there are still available. if all taken up then forget it or wait for mom next move.

ja .295/.30
it is okay to q at 0.295 or spot buy at 0.30 when mom buy q is 2.70.
which ever way also it is much safer in term of entry price against mom's price.
