Sindora climbs to 14-year high
Sindora Bhd climbed to a 14-year high in Kuala Lumpur trading after parent Kulim Malaysia Bhd raised its buyout offer for the oil and gas shipping company.
The stock climbed 2 percent to RM3.08 at 9:09 a.m. local time, set for its highest close since July 1997.
Kulim increased its buyout offer to RM3.10 a share from RM3, it said in a statement yesterday. -- Bloomberg
