Hitachi Capital to buy 75pc of Boon Koon unit

Hitachi Capital Corp will acquire 75 per cent of First Peninsula Credit Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia’s Boon Koon Group Bhd, according to a statement to the Tokyo Stock Exchange today.

Hitachi Capital didn’t give financial terms of the deal. - Bloomberg
