as for advice, learn to control your emotions, learn to control buying desire when market is against you and learn to forgo profit opportunity and preserve capital when market is against you

thats my advice
its ok to forgo profit opportunity
but not ok to lost your capital

Until that gaddafi fellow is taken care of, there is a lot of uncertainty with regards to oil prices. High oil price will make US go into recession again.

There are times to go trading in the market.
Then there are other times to go fishing, swimming etc..

Hmmm. best to go to my True Fitness gym later for some tread mill exercise ..
