1) Is it easy & fast to do/change transactions?
2) Is the connection fast enough?
3) Is the processor/ram sufficient?
4) Better to buy the Wifi only or Wifi & 3G?
Anyone use samsung galaxy note to trade?
Thanks in advance.
If you're planning to trade using 3G....good luck....but think also depends on the response time of your platform...
devices wise...anything on a good wifi should suffice....
all the lite trading platforms have limited info....
Ohh not just Ipad, also asking to share experience on all Samsung tablets
Understand some of the limitations on the lite platform, but want to know is it still tolerable or still ok to trade coz there is not much other options left unless we consider ultrabook. But ultrabook is as good as carriyng a regular notebook which is less mobile.
Can't think of other mobile trading options other than Ipad, Samsung Tablets, Ultrabook, smart phone. Of these options which one is practical?

Re: Ipad
depends on what your platform runs on ie java vs active X,
java based takes us quite a lot of memory and if your mobile device aka tablet/phone supports it
there are mobile apps made from local trading houses for mobile/tablet
for home its always best on desktop and dedicated line speed

Re: Ipad
My platform is Java base and support both Android/tab and IOS/Ipad.
No issue trading with notebook now. Just want to know the actual experiences by BC members that already use Ipad or Samsung Tablets to do trading.
I don't expect able to do heavy trading and as convenient as using PC or notebook to trade but to what degree of experience / practicability these mobile options can be?
Not looking to replace PC or notebook just to check in case need to trade a bit on the go but do not want to carry a notebook out. I don't need to surf on the go much but if trading is acceptable using tab or Ipad then I may want to consider getting one.

Re: Ipad
Thanks for the inputs Sifu Max and Sifu Bern. Good to know the actual practicality or not for trading using these mobile devices before to make any decision to get one or not. If use for surfing, check mail, reading E-Book etc on the go then maybe is more practical.
Thanks again.
Cheers.

honestly speaking, I only use iPad to surf net and play game, it is not suitable for real time / online transaction, I tried once, it took me about 30 minutes just to book Air Asia ticket, wifi sucks and slow like snail
