M-Mode appoints new adviser for placement

PETALING JAYA: M-Mode Bhd and PM Securities Sdn Bhd have mutually agreed to terminate the appointment of the stockbroker as the adviser and placement agent for a proposed private placement of up to 16.27 million new ordinary M-Mode shares of 10 sen each.
TA Securities Holdings Bhd told Bursa Malaysia that it had replaced PM Securities as the adviser and placement agent for the exercise by M-Mode, which is listed on the ACE Market.
