William & Kate to visit Malaysia in 2012

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 15): Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge
are set to visit Malaysia as part of commemorations of Queen Elizabeth
II’s diamond jubilee celebrations, The Guardian UK reported on
Wednesday.
The royal pair will also visit Singapore, the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu, the newspaper said.
Members of the royal family are being dispatched on tours around the
world next year as part of commemorations of the Queen’s diamond
jubilee, while the monarch herself would be confining herself to visits
around Britain, it said.
Prince Harry would be sent on his first solo official overseas trip
to Belize, Jamaica and the Bahamas, while Prince Charles and Camilla,
Duchess of Cornwall get the A-list tours, to Australia, Canada, New
Zealand and Papua New Guinea.
No dates for the tours have yet been announced.
