Bringing you the digital Edge
Come Monday, The Edge Financial Daily will be available in
both print and digital format. Yes, The Edge is launching the Financial
Daily app for the iPad starting next week.
The digital version, which will be exactly like the version you read in print, will be available from the iTunes Newsstand.
With the digital edition, we are making it possible for readers to
access the latest issue of The Edge Financial Daily even before the
print edition hits the traditional newsstand.
During the promotional period, iPad users will be able to download and read the Financial Daily digital edition for free.
This is made possible through our partnership with BMW Malaysia and S
P Setia Bhd, two highly successful brands that have carved out a
premium position in the Malaysian market and beyond. Both are not just
leaders in their respective industries but have come to epitomise
innovation.
BMW Malaysia is also a sponsor of the prestigious The Edge Billion
Ringgit Club. S P Setia on the other hand, has for six years been ranked
No 1 in The Edge Top Property Developers
Awards. The Edge is proud to be working with these two brands as we
launch yet another product in our niche area of financial news.
We are also excited that the digital edition will make it possible
for The Edge Financial Daily to reach new readers. Before this,
Malaysians who live on the East Coast and in Sabah and Sarawak, as well
as readers abroad, would have difficulty getting hold of a copy of the
paper. From Monday onwards, they will be able to read about corporate
and capital market developments in and outside the country on their iPad
as soon as they wake up in the morning, or on the way to work.
Monday is only the beginning — other titles in The Edge stable will
go digital later. For now, we invite readers to check out The Edge
Financial Daily on your iPad from next week, and give us your feedback.
